How's this for the start of a visit????........
I hate that they put you on the scale right out of the gates. It only makes it worse when the nurse said "oh my, big month for you!" Yep. It took a lot to hold back the tears. I can guarantee my neighbors will see me out walking more often in the next few months!!! If anyone would like to join me, let me know.
